ROMEO-41 is preparing a 41-acre private property for a small, controlled Fall 2027 pilot built around access, responsible hunting, land stewardship, and veteran fellowship.
Mission order
Support the veteran. Prepare the land. Prove the program.
ROMEO-41 will not finance its first pilot by charging veterans or by rushing products to market. Sponsor support, approved grants, and documented in-kind work establish the operating base first.
Mission-support commerce may follow after trademark, tax, insurance, charitable-disclosure, product-liability, and accounting controls are complete. The store serves the field program; the field program never becomes advertising for the store.

Regulated hunting
Every participant remains responsible for current Washington licensing, tags, seasons, equipment rules, and harvest reporting.
Land stewardship
Wildlife observation, habitat care, fire control, and low-impact land use remain program outcomes even when no hunt occurs.

ROMEO-41 will open a controlled referral and application process only after insurance, legal, hunting-regulation, emergency-response, access, privacy, and partner gates are documented and approved.
