Mission-support commerce

The store stands down until the mission is ready.

ROMEO-41 will not use an unfinished veteran program as a reason to sell products. Commerce activates only after the operating and legal controls are complete.

Commerce gate

No checkout. No donation claim. No launch date.

Legacy Outpost & Trade remains the proposed SFS commerce line for future coffee, field goods, and limited branded products. That commercial layer is separate from ROMEO-41 participant operations and does not control the veteran mission.

Activation requirements

  • ROMEO-41 name and trademark review completed.
  • Washington business licensing, sales tax, and product-liability controls verified.
  • Charitable and cause-marketing language reviewed for every sales channel.
  • Unit economics, inventory, fulfillment, returns, and customer-service capacity approved.
  • A mission-support transfer policy approved by SFS and the accountant.

A future per-unit contribution or percentage-of-sale model will be stated only after the recipient, amount, term, accounting treatment, and required public disclosures are documented.
