Financial Manager. Controls budget, contracts, ledger separation, reserves, insurance evidence, and financial reporting through SFS.

Property and Field Operations Manager. Controls site access, maintenance, readiness inspections, equipment, field layout, and property acceptance.
MH Construction, Inc.
Provides sponsorship, construction-sector support, and approved in-kind or contracted work. Sponsorship does not replace program, property, legal, or financial authority.

When MH Construction performs paid work, a written scope, price basis, change control, insurance requirement, and acceptance record will govern the contract. Donated labor, equipment, or materials will be recorded as in-kind sponsorship and will not be hidden inside a paid construction line.
Legacy Outpost & Trade remains a proposed mission-support commerce line within the SFS framework. It has no authority over participant selection, site safety, hunt decisions, or program records. AiMS Digital may support public communications and customer activity, but it may not hold protected veteran program records without a separately approved privacy architecture.
