The field program is the product.
ROMEO-41 exists to give veterans a well-planned outdoor experience grounded in access, responsible hunting, stewardship, and fellowship. Products may fund the work later; they do not define it.
Primary commitment
A dignified field experience without a sales pitch.
The first ROMEO-41 pilot is designed for four to six veterans and a controlled support team. Participation will not require a product purchase, public testimonial, sponsor endorsement, or social-media appearance. No participant will be promised a tag, wildlife encounter, or harvest.
The program will coordinate access needs privately, use current Washington hunting rules as a hard gate, and maintain an alternative stewardship and field schedule when weather, wildlife, licensing, or a participant's needs prevent a hunt.
Program outcomes
- A safe and respectful multi-day field experience.
- Accessible movement, staging, sanitation, shelter, and communications.
- Responsible hunting and harvest reporting when hunting occurs.
- Practical land stewardship and habitat awareness.
- A documented after-action review that decides whether the program should repeat.
Scope boundary
Outdoor support, not clinical treatment.
ROMEO-41 does not diagnose, treat, rehabilitate, or promise a health outcome. Any medical or accessibility review required by an insurer or qualified adaptive-recreation partner will occur outside the public website through a protected process with minimum necessary information.
